Disconnect and recharge in the most peaceful camping site by the lake and get the feels of New Zealand here in Lake Mapanuepe, Zambales.
📍LOCATION
📌POWERBANK- There's no electricity or signal in the island, so better bring at least 2 powerbanks for your gadgets. As for my case, it was such a relaxing thing not to charge my phone. I chose to charge my camera instead so I can capture the moment for the memories.
📌FLASHLIGHT- The night is pitch black. I would highly advise that your bring a strong flashlight so you could find your way to and from your tent.
📌PADLOCK- Safety first! I would always lock my tent and my bag whenever I would leave the camp site. Since the place is very much deserted, and there are locals roaming around the area, better be safe than sorry. Good thing we booked a tour, so there are joiners and tour guides to watch over our things whenever we would roam around or leave behind our tents.
