Amenities⭐️⭐️⭐️/⭐️⭐️
This quaint villa is very cozy and spacious. The whole house was clean and well maintained. Extra kudos to the caretaker who attends to our needs. He assisted us to buy from the nearby stores whenever we need something for cooking.
📌Point for improvement includes limited power outlets. It is somehow limited especially when we have to take turns charging our devices.
📌The shower area was spacious, however the shower rack was too far from the shower itself.
📌 The beach at Calatagan was generally low tide during our stay. It was extra low tide during daytime. We were not able to utilize the beach as much:( It's not the owner's fault though. We should've made our own research prior our stay.
📌 There was no gallon of water provided. However there were pitchers of drinking water in the fridge. Good thing the caretaker, Kuya Mark, helped us buy water from the nearby store.
But nonetheless, the experience of staying here was superb. There was complimentary fruits, coffee, and box of pastries. It was very thoughtful! Plus points for this!

I would love to commend how relaxing the outside seating were. Perfect for just chilling and hanging out especially during the night. The ambiance makes you so relaxed and is conducive for unwinding

The area was secured and has a private gate upfront.
Value ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/⭐️
The price was fair given the spacious area both inside and outside of the villa. However it would also be okay to have a pool or jacuzzi since we weren't able to swim at the beach.
